LEGO CHINA INSIGHTS ProjeCt

Part of my role at The LEGO Agency was to help educate global colleagues on trends and insights from China. I tried all of the usual tactics: monthly newsletters, Yammer group, sharing picture-heavy Powerpoints. But what I found was that (1.) China is an incredibly difficult market to grasp and (2.) no one was subscribing to learn more. In order to make it easier to share insights, I started to create snack-size video content that could help explain different trends. They were divided into different topics and could link from one to the next for those interested in learning more.
