LEGO SERIOUS PLAY FACILITATION

While employed with the LEGO Group, I learned firsthand how having a few bricks in hand can transform an idea into an actionable concept. Which is why one of the first things I did after leaving LEGO was to enroll in a course to become a certified facilitator in the LEGO Serious Play methodology. This unique technique is an easy way to bring teams together and problem solve in a safe, fun environment. Beyond the standard LEGO Serious Play methods, I have created custom modules as well using LEGO bricks as an addition to design sprints and qualitative interview research.

Since being certified I have run sessions with corporate clients, creative agency teams and college classes (DePaul University, Columbia College, NYU Shanghai).
